We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with mandatory expertise in UI/UX design to join our team and contribute to impactful healthcare digital solutions.
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer (UI/UX) will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and highly usable digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in both UI/UX design and graphic design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet business objectives, enhance user experience, and reflect the HUMS brand.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create original graphic design assets such as images, sketches, infographics, and marketing visuals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and executives to translate requirements into engaging design solutions.
- Present and defend design concepts and key deliverables to stakeholders.
- Analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities for UI/UX and graphic improvements.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship within the design team.
- Assist in creating training materials and visually engaging content for internal and external communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- UI/UX design and graphic design experience are both mandatory. Candidates lacking either will not be considered.
- MBA degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for mobile, web, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and usability principles.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
